When recording student behavior it will be concrete and written down, signed by myself, the student, administration, and sent home to be signed by the parent. 

These documents will be saved in a binder, in a locked cabinet for record keeping. 

If a behavior is being repeated too often, a conference will happen using the records to set behavior interventions for the student.
